  I would like to start with the positive, the nature and the area is. unbelievably beautifulYet there are a lot of areas of improvement needs to be done in the resort:1- the communication of … More booking and details that have been placed in the internet is not very responsive, the email addressthat they have put responded to me after 3 weeks2- the safety of the tent is under standard , the lighting was without plug which is very dangerous and may cause fire3- the place supposed to be eco friendly however they have lit the fire outside by plastic4- the toilet door did not have lock5- the staff were villagers from area (they were very nice) yet a lot of training needs to be conducted for them as resorthospitality , also safety training6-the staff safety was not considered they did not were movingwith lots of stuff in their hands without proper shoes or clothing for the cold weather7- the sheets and the bedding was extremely dirtyfinally, the idea is very nice also it supports the tourism in Kurdistan and all the above comments is for improvement.
