Highly recommend Risha Resort for a special stay! It marked the end of 2023 for me, and choosing Risha for a memorable year-end was a great decision. One of a kind resort, located at the highest village in Iraq with a breathtaking view of the Przha valley that is the only place in Iraq that has snow 12 months a year. The resort is well equipped has tents and chalets, all reservations come with 3 meals. Good services and clean. Amazing get away for families/couples/friends and any nature / hiking lover. Highly recommended.

My friends I had an unforgettable getaway at this beautiful resort last February. The view of the snow-capped mountains was simply breathtaking, making it the perfect place for my first camping experience. Safety was a top priority, and we felt extremely secure thanks to the attentive and friendly staff. Also let’s not forget about the food – the grilled dishes were absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to return for another adventure.
